An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist in a hospital setting, supporting patient care through comprehensive medication management. This role is based in Glendale, CA, within a well-established healthcare environment serving diverse patient populations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and dispense prescribed medications in compliance with hospital protocols.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize pharmacotherapy and improve patient outcomes.
