Travel Oncology Pharmacist - Oregon

A 26-week Travel Oncology Pharmacist opportunity is available to support a hospital-based Oncology Infusion Center in Southern Oregon. This role is ideal for an experienced oncology pharmacist with hands-on experience preparing chemotherapy and compounding hazardous medications. The pharmacist will work closely with oncology nurses and providers to support safe and effective care for infusion patients.

Position Details:

• 26-week contract
• Monday–Friday
• 8-hour shifts
• Hospital pharmacy setting
• EPIC

Responsibilities:

• Verify oncology medication orders
• Prepare chemotherapy medications for infusion
• Compound hazardous drugs safely and accurately
• Collaborate with oncology nurses and providers
• Support safe and effective medication therapy for infusion patients

Requirements:

• PharmD required
• Active Oregon Pharmacist License
• Current experience as a pharmacist in a hospital oncology or infusion center
• Oncology pharmacy experience required
• Hands-on chemotherapy medication preparation experience required
• Hazardous drug compounding experience required
