Requirements:

• Active Arizona pharmacist license
• Previous pharmacy experience
• Experience with medication order verification and automated dispensing systems preferred

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders and support safe medication use.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians.
• Provide pharmacokinetic services and perform other inpatient pharmacy duties.
