Clinical Pharmacist | Gray Mountain, Arizona

Located in Gray Mountain, AZ, this contract opportunity seeks an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a unique healthcare setting serving a diverse and culturally rich community. The role offers the chance to provide comprehensive pharmacy and medication management services across inpatient and outpatient departments, including specialized clinics, at both the main campus and satellite clinics.

Responsibilities include direct patient care for a wide range of demographics—neonatal to geriatric—with the possibility for career advancement to Advanced Practice Pharmacist levels. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to clinical program development, policy administration, and provide supervisory leadership to pharmacy staff and support personnel. Rotational shifts include days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays, supporting a 4/10-hour day schedule. Shifts may start between 8:00 am and 12:00 pm, with Required Days Off possibly fluctuating.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Valid, unrestricted pharmacy license in any U.S. state, territory, or D.C. (Arizona license not required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years as a Registered Pharmacist and at least 1 year as a Clinical Pharmacist
• Ability to complete fingerprinting clearance prior to start

Schedule Details:

• 13-week contract starting ASAP
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Flexible shift start times (8:00 am to 12:00 pm)
• Weekday and weekend shifts assigned

Additional Information: Limited shared housing is available at $600 per month, subject to availability. Please note, hospital policies prohibit family members or pets in housing.
