Clinical Pharmacist - Gray Mountain, Arizona

Provide expert clinical pharmacy services at a well-established regional health care center serving a diverse patient community. This 13-week contract opportunity is based in Gray Mountain, AZ, offering a dynamic role supporting inpatient and outpatient care across multiple specialties including neonatal, pediatric, oncology, and obstetrics. The position plays a vital role in medication management, patient consultation, and program development aligned with organizational missions and values.

Schedule & Location:

• 4/10 hour shifts (may fluctuate)
• Shift start times: 8:00 am, 9:00 am, 10:00 am, or 12:00 pm
• Weekday and weekend shifts possible
• Based at a regional health center serving Navajo, Hopi, and Southern Paiute communities, with satellite clinics

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive pharmacy services and medication management to diverse patient groups
• Work rotational shifts including days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Provide direct clinical pharmacy services as Advanced Practice Pharmacist where applicable
• Manage pharmacy clinic operations and supervise pharmacy staff including technicians and assistants
• Develop and implement high-quality clinical programs and policies
• Maintain compliance with organizational standards and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy from an accredited institution
• Current, unrestricted pharmacy license from any U.S. state or territory (no AZ license required)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Pharmacist, including 1 year as a Clinical Pharmacist
• Successful fingerprint clearance prior to start
