An immediate opening is available for an experienced Infusion Pharmacist to support a pharmacy operation in Greensboro, NC. This per diem contract assignment offers immediate shifts starting early April, with the potential for temp-to-perm placement. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in home infusion and sterile compounding, thriving in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing and verifying medication orders specifically for infusion therapies
• Overseeing the preparation and dispensing of sterile compounded medications
• Ensuring strict compliance with USP <797> and <800> standards
• Providing clinical support and drug information to pharmacy staff and patients
• Collaborating with the pharmacy team to maintain efficient workflow and ensure patient safety
• Maintaining accurate documentation and adherence to regulatory requirements

Schedule highlights:

• Immediate coverage needed on April 8, 9, and 10
• Week of April 27-May 1 requires coverage for at least 2 days

Qualifications/Experience:

• Active North Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing
