Inpatient Clinical Pharmacist | Greenville, South Carolina

A healthcare facility in Greenville, SC is seeking a dedicated Clinical Pharmacist for an exciting 13-week inpatient contract opportunity. This role involves working closely within the pharmacy team to support high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services on an inpatient basis
• Manage and dispense medications, including drips and critical care drugs
• Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure safety and compliance
• Handle controlled substances with accuracy and adherence to regulations
• Utilize electronic medical records and pharmacy systems effectively, including Epic; Omnicell experience is a plus

Qualifications:

• Valid South Carolina pharmacist license
• Minimum of 5 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred; candidates with 2+ years of strong inpatient background may be considered
• Proficiency in Epic electronic health record system required
• Knowledge of inpatient pharmacy operations, medication handling, and quality standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic clinical setting

Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts during pharmacy hours from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM, with flexibility within this window
