Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver pharmaceutical services consistent with hospital policies, federal and state regulations
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems through clinical judgment and professional expertise
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective medication use for patients

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of California
• Minimum one year of hospital inpatient pharmacy experience in a decentralized setting
• Proficient with pharmacy software systems and Windows-based applications
• Strong application of drug knowledge combined with clinical judgment skills
