An opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy services at a hospital setting near Hanford, CA. This position offers a contract engagement with an ASAP start and a duration of approximately 13 weeks or longer, providing valuable hands-on experience in hospital pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform inpatient order verification to ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing.
  • Supervise pharmacy technicians, guiding workflow and maintaining high standards.
  • Manage pharmacokinetics monitoring and dose adjustments according to patient-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy for patients.
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Active California pharmacist license.
  • Previous inpatient hospital pharmacy experience preferred.
  • Availability to work full-time with variable days, including afternoon shifts.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail.
