Hospital Pharmacist

Join a leading 500 bed hospital for a rewarding inpatient pharmacy assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced hospital pharmacist with strong clinical skills, EPIC experience, and oncology medication knowledge to make an immediate impact on a collaborative pharmacy team.

• Duration: 13+ week contract/contact to hire

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Supervise and support pharmacy technicians
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to optimize patient care
• Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical monitoring
• Ensure safe handling and review of oncology/chemotherapy medications
• Utilize EPIC and Pyxis to support daily inpatient pharmacy operations

Requirements:

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• Inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Hands-on experience with EPIC
• Experience with oncology/chemotherapy medications
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospital environment
