Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist in Hardinsburg, KY

Provide pharmaceutical care in an inpatient hospital setting for PRN coverage from June 3 to June 8. This role supports a small critical access hospital with 25 beds, offering Monday to Friday shifts from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Oversee and support pharmacy technicians in daily tasks
• Manage medication cart fills ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Dispense medications through Pyxis systems
• Maintain strong clinical knowledge to support inpatient needs

Qualifications:

• Active and clear KY pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent inpatient hospital pharmacy experience
• Experience with Cerner electronic health record system preferred
• Effective interpersonal skills; a people-oriented approach
• Solid clinical pharmacy knowledge with attention to detail
