Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist in Hardinsburg, KY

This position offers a per diem opportunity to support inpatient pharmacy needs at a small, critical access hospital with 25 beds. The assignment is scheduled for June 22nd through June 26th, Monday to Friday, with working hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Verify medication orders accurately and efficiently
• Monitor and provide guidance to pharmacy technicians
• Manage medication cart fills for inpatient units
• Oversee Pyxis dispensing system operations
• Maintain strong clinical knowledge to ensure safe patient care

Qualifications:

• Active, clear Kentucky pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic medical record system preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach to patient care
