Inpatient Hospital Pharmacist

Are you an experienced inpatient pharmacist looking for your next hospital opportunity? We are hiring a Hospital Pharmacist for a 13+ week assignment at a large, 500-bed hospital, offering a dynamic clinical environment and strong team collaboration.

This is an ASAP start with a variable day/afternoon schedule, ideal for pharmacists who are flexible and thrive in a fast-paced inpatient setting.

Responsibilities

• Perform medication order verification to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Provide pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical monitoring
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and healthcare teams on medication therapy decisions
• Support a wide range of hospital units in a high-volume setting
• Ensure compliance with all hospital policies and regulatory standards

Schedule

• Variable day and afternoon shifts
• 13+ week assignment

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Pharmacist license
• 2+ years of inpatient/hospital pharmacy experience 
• Strong clinical knowledge, including pharmacokinetics
• Experience with EPIC and Pyxis systems 
• Ability to work efficiently in a large hospital environment
