Per Diem Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Hawesville, Kentucky

Provide expert clinical pharmacy care in a critical access hospital setting, supporting inpatient needs from June 22nd to June 26th, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. This per diem opportunity is ideal for a licensed pharmacist with recent inpatient experience seeking to contribute in a close-knit, 25-bed facility known for delivering personalized patient care.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying medication orders to ensure accuracy and safety
• Monitoring and guiding pharmacy technicians during daily operations
• Managing cart fills and ensuring medication availability
• Overseeing Pyxis dispensing systems for efficient medication distribution

Desired qualifications:

• Active and clear KY pharmacist license
• Minimum of 1 year recent inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records preferred
• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach
