A clinical pharmacist position is available in Hillsboro, OR, on a contract basis. The assignment starts ASAP and lasts approximately 13 weeks with variable afternoon shifts.

Responsibilities
- Manage inpatient medication dispensing and clinical pharmacy services
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy
- Utilize clinical information systems including Cerner and Pyxis for medication management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety protocols
Qualifications / Desired Experience
- Current Oregon Pharmacist license required
- Some experience in inpatient pharmacy preferred
- Proficiency with Cerner and Pyxis systems is a plus
- Strong clinical knowledge and patient care skills
