This opportunity is ideal for a clinical pharmacist with expertise in pediatric and NICU inpatient care looking to apply their specialized skills in a dynamic healthcare environment. Location: Homestead, FL
Duration: 13-week contract
Shifts available:

• One position: 12:30 PM – 9:00 PM, rotating weekends (5x 8-hour shifts)
• One position: Overnight 11:00 PM – 7:15 AM, rotating weekends (5x 8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive clinical pharmacy services focused on pediatric inpatient medication dosing
• Review and verify medication orders utilizing EPIC electronic medical records system
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes
• Monitor and manage drug therapy to ensure safety and compliance with hospital protocols

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Current and active Florida pharmacist license in good standing
• Proven experience working with pediatric and NICU populations within an inpatient setting
• Strong familiarity with EPIC EMR and inpatient clinical pharmacy responsibilities
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work cohesively within a multidisciplinary team
