Job Type: Contract, with potential for temp-to-hire or permanent placement
Duration: 13 weeks, starting ASAP
Schedule: Variable days and afternoons; potential for a 7-on/7-off schedule
Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy services including medication therapy management and patient counseling
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize medication use and improve patient outcomes
- Participate in the hospital’s teaching programs and clinical rounds
- Maintain accurate pharmacy records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Qualifications or Desired Experience:
- Current Texas pharmacist license required
