Location:

• Irvine, CA (with facility operations in a nearby medical center)

Schedule:

• Mix of day and evening shifts
• Four 10-hour shifts per week
• Possible shift start times include 6:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 12:00 p.m., 1:00 p.m., or 1:30 p.m.
• Rotating weekends required

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and maintain efficient pharmacy workflow to meet clinical and operational demands
• Verify and check medication orders with precision
• Perform additional clinical duties based on your experience, including clinical rounding opportunities
• Utilize EMR systems (EPIC) for accurate documentation and communication within the healthcare team

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of recent inpatient pharmacy experience
• Completion of a PGY-1 residency strongly preferred
• Experience with clinical rounding is highly advantageous
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced inpatient environment with an emphasis on operational efficiency
