Clinical Pharmacist in Irving, TX

Location: Irving, TX
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Regular hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call rotation hours: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM (every 7th weekend and approximately 3 weekday shifts per month)

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License (mandatory)
• IV Certification required
• Proven infusion experience
• Commitment to obtaining the Oklahoma Pharmacist License within 6 months of hire

Key Responsibilities:

• Primarily focus on clinical management of patients, ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care
• Participate in production rotation, supporting operational pharmacy functions
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement effective medication regimens
• Monitor patient responses and adjust therapies as necessary to maximize outcomes
