Clinical Pharmacist - Irving, TX

This position offers the opportunity to apply your clinical pharmacy expertise in a dynamic healthcare environment. The role primarily focuses on managing patient care clinically, with some rotation in production activities to provide a well-rounded pharmacy experience.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• On-call rotation every 7th weekend, and approximately three times a month during the week, working 10:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical management for patients ensuring optimal pharmaceutical care.
• Participate in production rotations to support pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Current Texas Pharmacist License is required.
• IV Certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience with infusion therapy.
• Willingness and ability to obtain an Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire.
