Clinical Staff Pharmacist - Irving, TX

Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Texas Pharmacist License is mandatory
• IV Certification required, with proven infusion experience
• Willingness to obtain Oklahoma Pharmacist License within six months of hire
• Strong clinical pharmacy background with ability to manage patient care effectively
• Flexibility to support production duties during rotation periods

Location:

• Irving, TX

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Standard hours: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call rotation every 7th weekend and approximately 3 weekday shifts per month with hours from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical management of patients, ensuring safe and effective medication use
• Rotate through production tasks, maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety when preparing infusion medications
• Participate actively in on-call duties and support urgent clinical needs as they arise
