A rewarding opportunity is available for a Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy services within a dynamic healthcare environment. Location:

• Jersey City, NJ
• Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate; local applicants within 50 miles will not be considered

Schedule:

• Shift: 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks, starting 9/8

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services focused on inpatient care
• Participate in medication therapy management and monitoring to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Utilize EMR systems, specifically EPIC, to document and manage patient medication records
• Contribute to the development and implementation of pharmacy protocols and guidelines

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records system
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Licensed pharmacist capable of working independently in a clinical setting
