Clinical Pharmacist in Kelseyville, CA

This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist to support a 25-bed critical access hospital in Kelseyville, CA, located near Clear Lake. This contract role offers a 13-week assignment with an ASAP start and requires flexibility to travel to the location.

Schedule and Hours:

• Day shifts, 4 days per week
• 10-hour shifts (4 x 10s)
• Scheduling flexibility available; Director of Pharmacy open to blocking shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct order verification to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Supervise and guide pharmacy technicians
• Collaborate and consult with physicians on medication-related issues
• Manage pharmacokinetic monitoring and dosing adjustments
• Utilize technology platforms such as EPIC and Omnicell for clinical operations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current pharmacist license in California
• Experience working in a hospital setting, preferably with critical access hospitals
• Full-time availability throughout the assignment
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment
