A healthcare facility in the New Orleans area seeks two Transplant/Clinical Pharmacist Specialists for a 13-week contract beginning Monday, May 4th. This role offers the opportunity to apply specialized pharmacy expertise in a fast-paced clinical environment supporting solid organ transplant patients.

Work Schedule:

• Day shift, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Weekend rotation included

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services focused on transplant patients
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize medication therapy
• Monitor and manage drug therapy outcomes in solid organ transplant recipients
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records to document and track patient care

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in transplant pharmacy
• PGY-2 Solid Organ Transplant residency strongly preferred; however, candidates with PGY-1 residency plus transplant support experience will be considered
• Active Louisiana pharmacist license required
• Board certification preferred but not mandatory
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR required
