This opportunity offers a 13-week temp-to-perm role as a Compounding Pharmacist in Greensboro, NC, focused on delivering specialized pharmaceutical care in a dynamic clinical setting. The position requires a strong commitment to patient-centered service and expertise in sterile and non-sterile compounding practices.

Schedule and Hours:

• 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every third Saturday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Includes a 30-minute lunch break

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and dispense compounded prescriptions, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and healthcare providers to meet individualized patient needs.
• Maintain accurate patient records and inventory management.
• Provide clinical pharmaceutical advice to optimize patient health outcomes.
• Assist in training and supervising pharmacy technician staff.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist in North Carolina.
• 1 to 2 years of pharmacy experience preferred; new graduates with a passion for compounding are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge of USP 795, 797, and 800 compounding standards.
• Familiarity with retail pharmacy operations and prescription processing.
• Experience with pharmacy software is beneficial; training on PK (similar to QS1) will be provided.
