Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient hospital environment
• Review medication orders for accuracy and therapeutic appropriateness
• Monitor patient responses and adjust medications accordingly
• Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Utilize electronic health record systems including Cerner and medication automation like Pyxis
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Valid Oregon Pharmacist License required
• Strong background in inpatient pharmacy practice and clinical patient care
• Proficiency with Cerner health information system and Pyxis medication dispensing technology
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
