Schedule/Hours:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee medication dispensing and ensure accuracy in a fast-paced inpatient environment.
• Provide clinical support, collaborating with healthcare teams to optimize patient therapy.
• Utilize pharmacy information systems including Cerner and Pyxis for medication management.
• Participate in patient rounds and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high standards of pharmaceutical care.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Oregon Pharmacist License.
• Demonstrated strong inpatient and clinical pharmacy experience.
• Proficient with Cerner and Pyxis systems preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team.
