Schedule/Hours:

• Varied day shifts including 5 shifts of 8 hours or 4 shifts of 10 hours per week

• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to optimize medication therapy
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and storage
