A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available at an infusion pharmacy serving Ventura County. This role focuses on managing and dispensing a diverse range of medication classes, including chemotherapy and oncology drugs. The position offers a Monday through Friday daytime schedule, with no nights or weekends, creating a balanced workweek.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense infusion medications, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Monitor and manage chemotherapy and oncology medication protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation related to medication preparation and administration
• Provide expert pharmaceutical guidance to patients and clinical staff

Qualifications:

• Valid California pharmacist license
• Previous experience working with chemotherapy and oncology medications preferred
• Strong knowledge of infusion pharmacy practices and medication safety
