Highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist opportunity in Ventura County supporting an infusion pharmacy specializing in a broad spectrum of medication classes, including chemotherapy and oncology therapies. Location:

• Ventura County, California

Schedule/Hours:

• Monday to Friday
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and verify medication orders with attention to infusion protocols
• Prepare and dispense infusion therapies, including chemotherapy agents
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards in medication handling
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient therapy plans
• Monitor patient responses and provide expert clinical recommendations

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active California Pharmacist License
• Clinical experience with infusion pharmacies preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of chemotherapy and oncology medication management
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
• Excellent communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
