Soliant is seeking an experienced Hospital Pharmacist for a 300+ bed, Level III Trauma Center in Longview, Texas. This is a great opportunity for an inpatient/clinical pharmacist looking for a 4x10 day-shift schedule, with a blocked schedule potentially available.

Position Details

• Start: ASAP
• Duration: 13 weeks+
• Schedule: 4x10s, day shifts
• Potential blocked schedule: Example 8 days on / 6 days off
• Setting: 300+ bed hospital
• Level III Trauma Center
• Travel or Temp-to-Hire options may be available
• Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Perform medication order verification
• Supervise pharmacy technicians
• Consult with physicians and nurses
• Provide pharmacokinetic dosing
• Support clinical pharmacy services
• Provide medication management in a high-acuity hospital environment

Pharmacy Systems

• EPIC
• Pyxis
• EPIC experience highly preferred

Requirements

• Active Texas Pharmacist license
• Minimum 1 year of current inpatient/clinical pharmacy experience
• EPIC experience highly preferred
• Pharmacokinetic dosing experience
• Neonatal medication knowledge preferred
• Emergency medicine experience preferred
