Location: Los Angeles, CA (multiple sites possible within LA metro area)
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Midnight to 9:00 AM

Responsibilities:

• Verify and check intravenous (IV) chemotherapy and other infusion orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Ensure compliance with USP 797 and USP 800 guidelines related to sterile and hazardous drug compounding
• Collaborate with clinical teams to support safe and efficient outpatient oncology infusion services
• Utilize EPIC electronic health record system for medication verification and documentation
• Provide expert consultation on chemotherapy regimens and precautions

Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with relevant state licensure
• Prior experience in outpatient oncology pharmacy, especially chemotherapy preparation and verification
• Strong knowledge of USP 797 and USP 800 standards for sterile compounding and hazardous drugs
• Comfortable working night shifts with a reliable, professional approach
• Proficiency in EPIC or similar electronic health record systems
