This opportunity is for a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist to support a well-established outpatient oncology infusion center located at a prominent healthcare campus. The role focuses on delivering specialized pharmaceutical care in oncology, ensuring safe and effective medication management in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy services within the cancer center pharmacy, specializing in outpatient oncology infusion.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to review, verify, and dispense chemotherapy and supportive care medications.
• Monitor patient therapy and manage drug interactions with a focus on oncology protocols.
• Utilize Epic electronic health records for documentation and medication management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in outpatient oncology infusion pharmacy required.
• Strong oncology and chemotherapy knowledge essential.
• Proficiency with Epic electronic medical records required.
• Ability to work flexible day shifts Monday through Friday, with hours varying between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
• Strong communication skills and experience working collaboratively in a clinical team environment.

• Santa Monica campus, Los Angeles, CA.

• Day shifts, Monday through Friday.

This contract position is anticipated to last at least 13 weeks, with a potential for extension.
