This opportunity is for a Clinical Oncology Pharmacist role based at a prominent outpatient oncology infusion center within a major health system’s Santa Monica campus. This position involves working day shifts Monday through Friday, with variable hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM. The assignment is contract-based with an expected duration of 13 weeks or longer.

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized clinical pharmacy support within the outpatient oncology infusion setting
• Review and manage chemotherapy regimens, ensuring safety and efficacy of treatment plans
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary oncology teams for patient-centered care
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system for accurate documentation and medication management
• Maintain adherence to regulatory and institutional standards in oncology pharmacy practice

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of recent, hands-on outpatient oncology clinical infusion pharmacy experience is required
• Proficiency with EPIC electronic health records is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of chemotherapy agents, protocols, and oncology pharmacotherapy
• Ability to effectively communicate with healthcare professionals and patients in a clinical setting
