This opportunity is ideal for a licensed Clinical Pharmacist ready to support patient care within an infusion pharmacy setting. The role is based in Ventura County and focuses on managing a wide range of medication classes, including chemotherapy and oncology treatments.

Responsibilities include:

• Accurately preparing and dispensing infusion medications
• Monitoring drug therapies and ensuring patient safety
• Collaborating with healthcare providers to optimize treatment plans

• Valid California Pharmacy license
