A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available at an infusion pharmacy located in Ventura County. This contract position offers the chance to work with a diverse range of medication classes, including chemotherapy and oncology treatments, supporting critical patient care with expert pharmaceutical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately prepare and dispense infusion medications, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to review and manage chemo/oncology medication therapies.
• Monitor patient responses and provide clinical guidance related to medication regimens.
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold pharmacy regulations and protocols.
