A rewarding opportunity is available for a licensed Clinical Pharmacist to join a specialized infusion pharmacy serving Ventura County. Responsibilities:

• Prepare, dispense, and verify infusion medications with accuracy and adherence to safety protocols
• Manage and monitor medication therapies, particularly in chemotherapy and oncology, ensuring optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate closely with healthcare providers to support patient care plans
• Maintain comprehensive records and documentation according to regulatory standards
• Participate in ongoing quality assurance and training initiatives to uphold pharmacy standards

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Current California pharmacist license
• Demonstrated experience with chemotherapy/oncology medications preferred
• Strong knowledge of infusion pharmacy procedures and clinical best practices
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Location:

• Ventura County, California, in an infusion pharmacy setting

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• No nights or weekends required

This is a contract position starting as soon as possible with a duration of 13 weeks or longer, with the potential to transition into a permanent role.
