Clinical Pharmacist - Madison, WI

A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available on a contract-to-hire basis in Madison, WI, ideal for candidates with recent sterile compounding and IV experience. The position requires a commitment of at least six months under contract before the potential transition to a permanent role.

Location: Madison, WI
Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• On-call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacy license
• 2+ years of recent sterile compounding experience, including home infusion preferred
• Recent IV preparation experience is required
• CPR certification is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders with a focus on accuracy and patient safety
• Prepare and compound IV medications in a sterile cleanroom environment
• Perform other clinical pharmacist duties as assigned, supporting overall patient care
