Clinical Pharmacist

We’re seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join a highly respected medical center in Wisconsin, on a full-time basis.

• Start: ASAP
• Schedule: 5x8-hour day shifts
• Weekend Rotation: Every 3rd weekend
• Type: Full-Time | 13-Week Travel or Local Contract-to-Hire
• Location: Madison, WI 
• EMR: Epic

Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient order verification
• Complete pharmacokinetic and renal dosing consultations
• Monitor therapeutic drug levels and pharmacotherapy regimens
• Assist with drug shortage management initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and pharmacy staff to optimize patient care

Requirements

• Wisconsin Pharmacist license (ACT-10 temp license accepted)
• 2 years of recent inpatient/clinical experience
• Strong clinical skills in acute care pharmacotherapy
