A clinical pharmacist role is available for a 13-week contract at a hospital facility near Magalia, CA. The position involves providing pharmaceutical care within the inpatient setting, ensuring patients receive appropriate medication therapy aligned with departmental and hospital standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver clinical judgment and professional expertise in the Pharmacy Department
- Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems in inpatient care
- Operate within established policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication outcomes
- Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and communication
Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Registered Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of California
- Minimum of one year hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized pharmacy setting
- Proficiency with pharmacy software and Windows operating systems
- Strong application of drug knowledge and clinical decision-making skills
