A clinical pharmacist role is available for a 13-week contract at a hospital facility near Magalia, CA. The position involves providing pharmaceutical care within the inpatient setting, ensuring patients receive appropriate medication therapy aligned with departmental and hospital standards.

Schedule:

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver clinical judgment and professional expertise in the Pharmacy Department
• Identify, resolve, and prevent drug-related problems in inpatient care
• Operate within established policies, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient medication outcomes
• Utilize the EPIC electronic medical record system for documentation and communication

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of California
• Minimum of one year hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized pharmacy setting
• Proficiency with pharmacy software and Windows operating systems
• Strong application of drug knowledge and clinical decision-making skills
