Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical judgment and professional pharmacy services to support patient care in the inpatient setting
• Identify, resolve, and prevent medication-related issues to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Operate within established policies, departmental protocols, and relevant state and federal regulations
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective medication use

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Registered Pharmacist license in good standing with the State of California
• Minimum one year of hospital experience in an inpatient, decentralized pharmacy setting
• Proficiency with pharmacy computer programs and Windows operating systems
• Strong application of drug knowledge combined with sound clinical judgment
