You will serve as the solo pharmacist responsible for ensuring medication safety and accuracy within the pharmacy operations of a behavioral health facility. Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• No weekend shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform medication order checking and verification to maintain accuracy and safety
• Conduct required pharmacy controls, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations
• Operate independently as the sole pharmacist on-site with support from pharmacy technicians
• Utilize medDispense and Azalea Health electronic health record systems in daily workflow
• Collaborate closely with clinical and support staff to meet patient care needs within a behavioral health setting

Qualifications / Desired Experience:

• Licensed pharmacist with experience in hospital pharmacy practice
• Background or familiarity with behavioral health/psychiatric pharmacy preferred
• Proficient in using electronic health records and pharmacy dispensing systems, especially medDispense and Azalea Health
• Ability to work independently and handle the responsibilities of a solo pharmacist
• Strong attention to detail for accurate medication verification and compliance
