Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (No weekends)
Contract Duration: Immediate start through June 13th
System: medDispense and Azalea Health (EHR)

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough checking and verification of medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Perform inventory controls and manage pharmaceutical stock effectively
• Operate as the sole pharmacist on duty, utilizing pharmacy technician support for operational tasks
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to support behavioral health patient care needs

Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Licensed Pharmacist with clinical pharmacy experience, ideally within behavioral health or psychiatric settings
• Proficient in using electronic health record systems, preferably medDispense and Azalea Health
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a solo pharmacist role
• Excellent communication skills and capacity to work collaboratively with pharmacy technicians and healthcare staff
