Clinical Pharmacist - Mansfield, Ohio

This opportunity is for a Clinical Pharmacist to support inpatient pharmacy operations at two hospital sites with a combined total of 65 beds. This contract role requires a flexible start time between 6am and 9am with a schedule that includes working every 4th weekend. The assignment is set to begin ASAP for a duration of 14 weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inpatient pharmacy duties, ensuring accuracy and safety in medication dispensing
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, including managing clean room operations to maintain compliance and sterility
• Collaborate closely with medical and nursing staff to optimize pharmaceutical care and support patient treatments
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records to track medication orders and documentation efficiently across both hospital locations

Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Current pharmacist license in Ohio is required
• Experience in inpatient clinical pharmacy practice within a hospital setting
• Strong skills in supervising pharmacy techs and managing sterile environments
• Effective communication abilities to work confidently and collaboratively with healthcare teams
