Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify medication orders with precision, ensuring medication profiles are reviewed thoroughly for appropriateness.
• Provide clinical services tailored to specific patient populations in ED and ICU settings.
• Participate in multi-disciplinary teams and rounds as assigned, contributing critical drug information and expertise.
• Conduct drug therapy monitoring and pharmacist-managed consults per established protocols.
• Actively engage in acute patient care scenarios including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma within the ED and critical care environments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
• PGY1 residency or a minimum of 3 years of current clinical pharmacy experience.
• Licensed pharmacist in Pennsylvania or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Experience with Meditech electronic health records preferred.

Schedule:

• Variable days and afternoons, primarily 8-hour day shifts.

This position is a direct hire opportunity with competitive compensation ranging from $108,000 to $169,000 annually, with a midpoint of $139,000. Relocation assistance may be available under certain circumstances.
