Schedule:

• Variable days and afternoons
• Primarily 8-hour day shifts

Key Responsibilities:

• Enter and verify medication orders; review medication profiles for appropriateness
• Deliver clinical pharmacy services tailored to patient needs in ED and ICU
• Provide drug information and participate in patient care rounds with multi-disciplinary teams
• Conduct drug therapy monitoring and pharmacist-managed consults per established protocols
• Actively participate in acute patient care scenarios including cardiac arrest, stroke, sepsis, and trauma

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy (BS) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Postgraduate Year 1 (PGY1) residency or a minimum of three years clinical pharmacy experience
• Licensed to practice pharmacy in Pennsylvania or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Familiarity with Meditech IT system is advantageous
