Clinical Pharmacist - Pediatrics

CLINICAL PHARMACIST — PEDIATRICS

We’re seeking a Clinical Pharmacist for a 13-week opportunity at a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. The ideal candidate will have strong recent pediatric pharmacy experience and be comfortable providing clinical support and medication expertise.

Requirements:

• Active TN Pharmacist License

• 2+ years of recent pediatric pharmacy experience required

• Local candidates accepted

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical expertise to evaluate and improve medication use and therapeutic outcomes

• Process medication orders and prescriptions

• Provide guidance on safe medication administration

• Support medication safety, regulatory, quality, and compliance standards

• Participate in ongoing pharmacy practice improvements

• Perform other assigned pharmacy functions

Schedule:

• Day/Evening: 12:00 PM–8:00 PM

• Schedule to be discussed during interview

• 13-week contract
