Clinical Pharmacist | Meriden, Kansas

A 13-week contract opportunity for a Clinical Pharmacist is available starting 9/21, offering a mix of day and evening shifts with rotating weekends. This role provides hands-on experience in an inpatient setting where clinical expertise and leadership skills are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Perform typical inpatient pharmacist duties, including checking and verifying medication orders
• Supervise pharmacy technicians ensuring accuracy and compliance with protocols
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient medication therapies

Qualifications:

• Active Kansas pharmacist license required at time of application submission
• Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient clinical pharmacy experience preferred
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required
• Candidates must live more than 50 miles from the site; first-time travelers are welcome
