Responsibilities

- Looking for a critical care clinical pharmacist to provide coverage for our CV ICU and Medical ICU2.

Work Hours

·       Day shifts

·       7:00 am – 3:00 pm

·       EOW

Experience

·       Critical Care/Clinical Pharmacist requires prior Level 1 trauma experience.

·       At least 1-year of recent experience.

-       EPIC (Required).

Education

·       PGY-2 highly preferred, but not required.

Other Qualifications

·       LA license in-hand, Board Certified preferred, but not required.
