Clinical Pharmacist - Miami, FL

A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available in Miami, FL, focused on pediatric inpatient care with an end date at 13 weeks. This contract role requires expertise in pediatric dosing within a hospital setting, specifically for patients in NICU or similar pediatric units.

Shift Options:

• 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., rotating weekends (5x8-hour shifts)
• Overnight shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., rotating weekends (5x8-hour shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage typical inpatient clinical pharmacist duties with an emphasis on pediatric dosing.
• Provide medication management and monitoring tailored to pediatric and NICU patients.
• Collaborate closely with medical teams to ensure safe and effective medication use.
• Utilize EPIC electronic medical records for all documentation and communication.
• Ensure compliance with all state and institutional pharmacy standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Current and valid Florida pharmacist license in good standing.
• Prior experience in pediatrics and NICU pharmacy preferred; resumes must clearly demonstrate these duties.
