Clinical Pharmacist | Middleton, Wisconsin

A healthcare facility in Middleton, WI is seeking three skilled inpatient pharmacists for a 13-week contract starting May 11. This position offers a dynamic mix of day (6:30 a.m. – 3 p.m.) and evening (2:30 p.m. – 11 p.m.) shifts, working five 8-hour days per week with rotation every third weekend.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inpatient medication dispensing and administration in an acute care setting
• Perform pharmacokinetic and renal dosing adjustments
• Monitor therapeutic drug levels and manage drug shortages effectively
• Oversee pharmacotherapy management tailored to various medical conditions
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for documentation and medication orders

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years recent inpatient pharmacy or acute care experience
• Licensed pharmacist with ACT-10 license accepted for Wisconsin practice
• Experience in pharmacotherapy for complex medical problems
• Ability to fit mask for mandatory Fit Testing (no exceptions; CAPRs/PAPRs not allowed)
• Must be open to working on a rotating weekend schedule
• Travelers only; candidates residing within 70 miles of the facility will not be considered
