Clinical Pharmacist in Middleton, WI

A clinical pharmacist opportunity is available with a contract-to-hire arrangement in Middleton, WI. Candidates must be prepared to work under contract for at least six months before transitioning to a permanent role. The position requires recent IV experience and active Wisconsin licensure.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (8-hour shifts)
• On-call every fourth weekend and one night per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders accurately and promptly
• Prepare IV medications in the clean room as needed
• Perform other clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care

Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• Minimum 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience
• Recent IV experience is mandatory
• CPR certification preferred
• At least 2 years of recent home infusion pharmacy experience is a plus
