Clinical Pharmacist | Middleton, Wisconsin

A Clinical Pharmacist opportunity is available in Middleton, WI, offering a contract-to-hire arrangement. This role requires a commitment to a minimum of six months under contract before consideration for a permanent position.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM
• On-call every 4th weekend and one night per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify intravenous (IV) medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Prepare IV medications in a sterile clean room environment as needed
• Perform various clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacy license
• Minimum of 2 years recent sterile compounding experience, including home infusion preferred
• Recent and proven IV experience is essential
• CPR certification is preferred, adding to clinical readiness
