Clinical Pharmacist - Middleton, WI

This opportunity offers a rewarding role for a Clinical Pharmacist with strong expertise in sterile compounding and home infusion. The position is contract to hire, with a minimum six-month contract period before consideration for a permanent role.

Responsibilities include:

• Verifying IV medication orders to ensure accuracy and patient safety
• Preparing IV admixtures in the clean room environment as needed
• Performing other clinical duties to support pharmacy operations and patient care

Ideal candidates will possess:

• Active and clear Wisconsin pharmacist license
• At least 2 years of recent experience in sterile compounding, with expertise in home infusion highly preferred
• Recent and demonstrated IV preparation experience
• CPR certification is preferred but not required
• Ability to work Monday through Friday, with 8-hour shifts typically from 7:30 am to 6:00 pm
• Availability for on-call duties every fourth weekend and one night per week
