Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor patient progress and provide detailed medication recommendations

Qualifications:

• Active OR Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain one promptly
• Experience in inpatient pharmacy practice, with a solid understanding of hospital protocols and patient care
• Familiarity with Cerner electronic health records and Pyxis automated dispensing systems
