Location:

Schedule/Hours:

• Variable days and afternoon shifts
• Duration: 13 weeks plus, with an ASAP start date

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide expert clinical pharmacy services in an inpatient setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication therapy and patient outcomes
• Utilize IT systems such as Cerner and Pyxis for medication management and documentation
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and regulatory standards
• Support medication reconciliation and patient counseling efforts

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Valid Oregon Pharmacist License required
• Experience in inpatient clinical pharmacy preferred
• Familiarity with Cerner and Pyxis systems highly desirable
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
