Clinical Pharmacist | Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Seeking an experienced Clinical Pharmacist to support specialized pharmacy operations with a focus on infusion therapy. This contract-to-hire opportunity requires a commitment of at least six months in a dynamic clinical environment where advanced IV and sterile compounding skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify IV orders accurately and efficiently to ensure patient safety.
• Prepare and mix IV medications in a sterile clean room environment.
• Perform various clinical pharmacy duties to support patient care.
• Participate in on-call rotations every 4th weekend and one night per week.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts (7:30 AM to 6:00 PM).

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and clear Wisconsin Pharmacist license.
• Minimum of 2 years of recent home infusion experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of recent sterile compounding experience.
• Demonstrated IV preparation and verification expertise—experience must be recent.
• CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory.
