Looking for something different from the typical retail grind? We're working with a busy long-term care pharmacy that's adding two pharmacists to the team. If you have either retail or LTC experience and enjoy staying busy throughout your shift, this could be a great next step. The team is interviewing now and looking to bring someone on ASAP.
What You'll Be Doing
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and safety
- Oversee pharmacy technicians and workflow operations
- Compound sterile and non-sterile medications as needed
- Work closely with providers and nursing facility staff on medication-related questions
- Help ensure medications are dispensed accurately and efficiently
What We're Looking For
- Active Minnesota Pharmacist license (or ability to obtain)
- Retail or long-term care pharmacy experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Flexible with a rotating schedule
Schedule
This team operates on a rotating shift model, so flexibility is important.
There is also the possibility of overnight coverage being added in the future.

- Long-term care pharmacy setting
- Approximately 1,000 prescriptions processed daily
- Temp-to-hire opportunity only, conversion after 26 weeks
- Full-time hours
- Interviewing and hiring ASAP
Pay
Competitive compensation based on experience, starting at $63/hr
