A Children’s Hospital in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Inpatient Pharmacist to join the team for a 13-week travel assignment.

Facility Size: 1,500 beds | Level I Trauma Center

Assignment Details
Role: Staff Pharmacist (Travel)
Assignment Length: 13 weeks
Schedule: 5 × 8-hour shifts
Shifts: Mix of days and evenings
Weekends: Rotating weekends

About the Opportunity
Candidates with inpatient pharmacy experience and some exposure to pediatric and/or women’s health are encouraged to apply. Depending on experience, clinical background, and competency level, pharmacists may be utilized in clinical roles within relevant patient-care areas or in operational roles within the dispensing pharmacy, including areas such as Pharmacist in Charge and sterile processing.

Requirements
-Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience
-PGY1 residency training preferred, or 2–3 years of relevant inpatient pharmacy experience for candidates without residency training
-Inpatient pharmacy experience required
-Experience or exposure to pediatrics and/or women’s health preferred
-Experience with EPIC and Pyxis preferred
-Must be eligible for a Connecticut Pharmacist License
*CT pharmacist licensure can typically be acquired within 7–10 days
