Inpatient Travel Pharmacist

INPATIENT PHARMACIST

We’re seeking an experienced Pharmacist for a 13-week inpatient contract. Candidates with strong inpatient experience and exposure to children’s and women’s health are encouraged to apply. Depending on experience and competency, the role may support clinical areas or operational pharmacy functions.

Requirements:

• Active CT Pharmacist License or ability to obtain one quickly

• Minimum 3 years of pharmacy experience

• PGY1 residency training preferred, or 2–3 years of relevant experience without residency

• Inpatient pharmacy experience required

• Experience with children’s and women’s health preferred

• EPIC experience

• Pyxis experience

Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical pharmacy support in relevant areas

• Support operational pharmacy and dispensing functions

• Assist with sterile processing and Pharmacist-in-Charge responsibilities as appropriate

• Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing

• Support pharmacy operations based on experience and competency

Schedule:

• Mix of day and evening shifts

• Rotating weekends

• 5×8-hour shifts per week

• 13-week contract
