Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist | New York, New York

A Per Diem Clinical Pharmacist role is available in a vibrant, highly populated Hasidic Jewish neighborhood in New York City. This position involves outpatient/retail pharmacy duties at a newer pharmacy location with a manageable prescription volume and full technician support.

Schedule:

• Saturday 5/16, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday 5/23, 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM
• Saturday 5/30, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform prescription filling and dispensing with accuracy and efficiency
• Conduct patient consultations to provide medication counseling and guidance
• Manage and supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth pharmacy operations
• Provide immunizations, requiring New York State immunization privileges
• Oversee opening and closing procedures of the pharmacy

Desired Experience:

• Strong background in retail pharmacy with proven experience opening and closing operations
• Familiarity with Rx30 pharmacy software is highly preferred but not required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining patient safety and care standards
