Preferred experience includes chemotherapy, anticoagulants, pharmacokinetic dosing, and renal dosing to enhance patient outcomes. Experience with intravenous (IV) medications is essential, ensuring effective inpatient pharmacy operations.

• Qualifications and Desired Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year inpatient pharmacy experience required
  • IV medication management expertise
  • Knowledge of pain-controlled analgesia and antibiotics
  • Skilled in identifying drug interactions and verifying medication orders
  • EPIC charting experience mandatory
  • Preferred: chemotherapy, anticoagulants, pharmacokinetic and renal dosing
  • Travel pharmacy experience is a plus
